Besuchen Sie unser Fischrestaurant „ Holmvik Stua“ , lassen Sie sich kulinarisch verwöhnen mit den Leckereien der arktischen Küche. Wir verwenden hauptsächlich lokale Rohwaren und Produkte aus eigener Herstellung. Gern servieren wir auch Fleischgerichte und Vegetarisches. Unser Restaurant hat 35 Sitzplätze und zusätzlich 25 Plätze auf unserer Terrasse auf dem Kai. Für den Fall einer geschlossenen Veranstaltung können wir auf 40 Sitzplätze aufstocken. In unserem Restaurant können unsere Gäste den kostenlosen W-Lan Anschluss nutzen.
Eine Auswahl unserer Spezialitäten:
Gebratene Dorschzungen, Dorschfilet natur, Arktischer Saibling aus eigener Räucherei, Rentierschinken, Boknafisch, Klipp-und Trockenfisch, Graved-Lachs und vieles mehr aus eigener Herstellung.
Wir servieren Mittagessen, Abendessen sowie Kaffee&Kuchen a la card. Menüvorschläge für Gruppen und Bussgesellschaften auf Anfrage.

In the farm supply Nyksund which was originally restored from an old fishing requirement shop (Beside Holmvik Brygge) you can buy souvenirs and dry fish products.
