About Us

We are Ssemjon and Jasmin and we like to welcome you to the Ungsmoløya, the second island of Nyksund.

For a long time it has been our wish to live near the Arctic Circle and now we can fulfill it in Nyksund. Nyksund is a place which gives us peace, power and happiness. Accurately this we want to communicate to our guests.

Whether our guests are travelling through, are checking in for a seminar or conference or taking a time out in Nyksund for several weeks we are looking forward to welcome each of them and we are trying our best to shape the particular stay pleasantly.

We have lovingly restored our main building with big personal encouragement. A visit takes our guests back in time when Nyksund was one of the most important fishing villages on the Vesterålen. Here you will experience history, without renunciation of modern achievements.
